One visit, start to finish.
Warm bath, unhurried
Warm water, a shampoo matched to the coat, and no other dogs barking two feet away. Nervous and senior dogs get all the extra time they need — that's the point of one-on-one.
Hand-dry, never caged
No cage dryers, ever. A towel, a quiet dryer on low, and patience. This is the step where most grooming stress lives, so it gets the most care.
The cut, plus the small stuff
The trim you asked for, plus nails, ears, and pads — included, not upsold.
The reveal at your door
Most dogs are back inside in about 75 minutes, smelling wonderful and walking a little taller. You never left home.

Do you need my water or power?
No. The trailer carries its own water tanks, heat and power. I just need a legal, reasonably level place to park near your home.
How long does a groom take?
Most dogs: 60 to 90 minutes at your curb. Big dogs, thick coats, and first visits can run longer — I'd rather be slow than rough.
My dog is anxious. Is mobile actually better?
Usually, yes. One calm person, no strange dogs, no cage, no waiting around before or after. Tell me what your dog struggles with and we'll plan the visit around it.
What about matting?
I'll always tell you the honest options before I start: what can be brushed out, what needs to be clipped, and what it costs. Comfort wins over looks, every time.
How far ahead should I book?
Text me and I'll tell you the real answer for that week. Regulars can hold a standing spot so this stops being a question at all.
What if I need to cancel?
Give me 48 hours and we simply rebook. Inside that, the trip is already planned, so a fee may apply — the exact policy comes with your booking text.
